Introduction
Grasslands are large, rolling terrains of different types of grasses. There are very few trees since the soil is so dry. Latitude determines what plantsgrow there. Droughts and fires are very common. Most of the soil is very thin. That's good for grass but not trees. The trees need thick rich soil that the grass land does not have.
